In June 2005, Archbishop Brown began to prepare for the future of Pilgrim Church by declaring her “Pastor” of Pilgrim Church, and pronounced blessings upon her to preach the Word of God.

April 11, 2010 Archbishop Brown officially installed Pastor DéBora Annette Crowe as the Senior Pastor of Pilgrim Church where she continues to push the vision of Pilgrim Church. Pastor Crowe preaches a message of hope, love, and strength. She preaches and teaches the word with clarity for all to understand.
